Estimator
Job location: Southwest Florida
We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as Coating Estimators. The candidates must possess a unique blend of expertise in estimation, proficiency in estimating programs and sales within the coating and painting industry.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct thorough project assessments to understand project requirements and offer solutions.
- Perform comprehensive project takeoffs to ascertain accurate requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive and accurate estimates for coating and painting projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and pricing to provide competitive quotes.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Maintain ongoing and proactive communication with the Estimating Team and General
- Manager (GM) to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.
- Ensure up to date material costs, updating them if necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estimation, sales, and client-facing roles within the coating and painting industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools such as Bluebeam, OST or PlanSwift.
- Experience on using Quickbid is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
Painters
ALL LEVELS ACCEPTED
Job location: Southwest Florida
Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- With or without experience in painting (commercial, industrial, residential, high rise)
- Experience in operating sprayers, brush and roll
- Punctual
- Self-motivator
- High organizational skills
- Works well in teams
- Must have transportation and legal documents
Project Managers
Job location: Southwest Florida
Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Bridge the gap between CPC and customers
- Meet with customers and foreman’s to conduct startup meetings.
- Review project scope of work and site specific requirements, coordinate with crews to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor project activities, identify risks and assets, resolving issues as they arise
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish assigning resources (manpower, material, tools and supplies) as needed to ensure schedule is met
- Ensure an excellent network of relationships with site staff, clients and suppliers
- Track, analyze and communicate project updates and reports with the General Manager/project manager, highlighting potential risks or underline the opportunities and the areas that need improvement
- Monitor quality levels as per company standards and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all health and safety protocols and procedures are in place and adhered to by the employees
- In charge of performance evaluations for the team
- Conflict resolution with customers and employees
- Successfully create and manage schedules for all crews
- Review, monitor and approve employee hours
Punch-out Specialists
Job location: Southwest Florida
Must have construction experience (Minimum of one (1) year).
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Inspect and complete misc. repairs and touch ups throughout new construction homes prior to completion.
- Ensure all punch list items are complete
- Experience repairing trims, doors, windows, painting, installing hardware, etc.
